I'm feeling "whole body" tired this morning, even with a decent night's sleep, so I had a short workout: 15 minutes on the elliptical, then 5 minutes on the treadmill for .43 miles. Most of the time when I feel tired, it's just the early morning sleepies, and I can work through the tired and get energized, but today wasn't one of those days. Knowing that I had a big mileage increase this week, I decided not to push it too hard today.
I'm glad to have finished the week with 20.39 running miles under my belt!

Yay!!!!Lesley...Congrats on the 20 mile barrier for the week! I need to set my goal for the weekly 5 mile barrier!LOL!!!
