The gym I belong to is open 24/7, 365 days a year, so I went this morning, though I didn't really feel like it. I thought I'd do 5 minutes to say I'd been, but ended up doing 40 minutes on the treadmill for 3.61 miles. I was a little slower than yesterday, but I know my training speeds will vary a bit. Since I'm still getting accustomed to this higher mileage, slower miles help too.
I was the only one at the gym the whole time I was there! Not used to that! It was a little creepy, so I was a little more aware, periodically pulling myself out of my running "trance" to look around.
