I just saw the official times for the Jingle Bell Run, and I finished in 38 minutes and 2 seconds! Yippee! That's two minutes and eleven seconds off my previous best time. My running buddy and I finished in exactly the same time, which is cool too!
I finished 461st out of 536 runners, and 33rd out of 37 in my age group. It's hard to be competitive against other runners when I'm THAT far back in the pack, but it's encouraging to see that the 2nd female finisher overall was 40. She's in my decade, at least. :-D
