Back to Running
I was back on the treadmill, running 3.56 miles in 40 minutes. I felt tired starting out, s it was a little slow going at first, but once I warmed up, it was a good run.
No elliptical today. It was kinda nice taking a break from it.
I like the blog. It's a great idea. I was reading your description of your blog at the top and saw that you have a little urge to run a marathon. I would like to encourage you to do so if you can. It is a great experience. The runners high you get when you complete it is unlike anything I've ever felt.

Hi Lesley-
Please tell me you have a secret success plan for staying on the treadmill! I fight with it all the time.
