This morning I ran for 45 minutes on the treadmill, and got in 4.18 miles. It was another workout where I didn't expect to go far, but felt good once I got going. Part of the motivation is trying to make sure I make it to 20 miles for the week. Once I get into the groove, I probably won't be as worried about it. I'm up to 11.5 miles for the week so far, not bad.
I'm trying to decide whether or not to sign up for a 5K in mid-January. Would love to see my progress, but will wait until closer in to see how the weather looks. (Yes, I'm a winter wimp!)
