Eventhough I got a little more sleep last night, I'm still dragging my feet a bit. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical machine this morning, and that was it. Perhaps I would benefit from taking a day or two off from exercise, but I haven't been able to bring myself to totally pass on the gym! I don't want to mess with my routine, being generally well and all--no fever, broken bones, anything like that.
I'm sure I'll get back on track soon.
