The plantar fasciitis in my left foot was bothering me this morning, so I pulled back on the running a bit. Did 30 minutes on the elliptical machine, and 20 minutes on the treadmill for 1.86 miles. I'm right on track to finish the week with 20 miles under my belt, am psyched about that.
I took a break from podcasts on the iPod this morning and listened to music from my workout playlist. That helped me get through the workout. :)
