1) Rode 3.6 miles (20:05 min) on the recumbent bike
2) Stretched the IT bands for about 5 min total
3) Walked 0.52 mil3 (10 min) on the treadmill
I'm having my usual post-Monday-night-meeting "hangover." We don't drink or anything, it just always makes for a long Monday, and a challenging workout on Tuesday mornings. I enjoy the biweekly meeting a lot, but I hate the way I feel the next morning at the gym! I need to work on this!
