1) Walked 1.1 miles (20:03 min) on the treadmill
2) Stretched my right IT Band for about 2 minutes
3) Rode 5.35 miles (30:02 min) on the recumbent bike
4) Did 1.18 miles (15:04 min) on the elliptical
Decided to spend more time on the elliptical machine today, and hope to add more strength training soon.
