Just the Bike

I got on the recumbent bike this morning for 8.05 miles in 45:02 minutes. I'm still coughing some, and STILL have laryngitis!

In other news, I bought a foam roller this morning to help with my right leg, and what might be IT Band Syndrome. I also talked with lady in a nearby Foot Solutions store about some insoles to help with the pain in my right foot. So, I feel like I'm heading in the right direction in some areas!
