I decided I needed another change of scenery this morning, so I ran on the American Tobacco Trail! It's a good bit flatter than the Umstead Park route I do, but it's still pretty, lots of trees. I even saw a turtle crossing the path this morning, and I thought, "Oh, that's me!" LOL Glad I was able to pass it! :)
My average pace this morning (16:50) was a little faster than Monday's (17:13), run/walking a total of 3.03 miles in 51 minutes.

You are making great improvements in your pace. Great job! I went bike riding this morning and almost hit a bunny. At least you can see the turtle in advance, not like to silly, darting bunny.
