Wednesday Workout

1) Ran 2.55 miles in 31 minutes on the treadmill
2) Walked 0.33 miles in 6 minutes on the treadmill
3) Ran 1.24 miles in 15 minutes on the treadmill
4) Rode 1.07 miles in 6 minutes on the recumbent bike

Overslept this morning, as I forgot to set my alarm last night. Feel better for having gotten a full 8 hours of sleep! Wasn't planning to run all that much today, but got a second wind after I got warmed up.
