Wednesday Workout

1) Ran 1.21 miles (15 minutes) on the treadmill
2) Walked 1.25 miles (20:01 minutes) on the treadmill
3) Ran 2.10 miles (25 minutes) on the treadmill
4) Rode 2.05 miles (11:03 minutes) on the recumbent bike

I've taken to splitting my treadmill runs up into two parts, divided by a walk, with some frequency lately. Other than the occasional bathroom break, I'm not sure why. Maybe it's breaking up the monotony a bit, though I generally don't mind the treadmill
