Friday Workout--Blah!

1) Walked 1.18 miles (20 minutes) on the treadmill
2) Ran 1.23 miles (15:01 minutes) on the treadmill
3) Rode 2 miles (11:08 minutes) on the recumbent bike

I didn't sleep well last night, and this morning, I'm feeling twinges of shin splints! I mentioned it on Twitter and, and have gotten some good advice (stretches and ice).

I hope you can get some sleep tonight. Are you due for new running shoes? I always start to get the shin splints when I need new shoes.
