Tuesday Workout

1) Walked 0.56 miles (10 minutes) on the treadmill
2) Ran 3.05 miles (36:06 minutes) on the treadmill
3) Rode 4.36 miles (20 minutes) on the recumbent bike

I've remained a little sore throughout the day. Hmmm. Probably the run/recumbent bike combo. I usually do about 5-6 miles max between the two, so today was a little more.
