1) Ran 0.40 mile (5 min) on the treadmill. Shins were a little sore.
2) Walked 1.23 miles (20:03 min) on the treadmill. Shins better.
3) Ran 3.06 miles (37:02 min) on the treadmill.
Moral of the story: warm up first!
I'm still tired from last week's run and Sunday's daytrip to the beach. I'm off to stretch out on the couch and read.
