2) Stretched IT bands for about 4 minutes
3) Ran 1.01 miles (12:03 min) on the treadmill
Today's running felt a little better than yesterday's, which was encouraging. Tomorrow is the scheduled 5-miler with the Galloway training group. 5 miles will be a nice hurdle to cross.
