2) Walked 1.02 miles (17:04 min) on the treadmill
3 Ran 2.81 miles (31:05 min) on the treadmill
The run was at an 11:04 average pace--yay! Making speed progress! I know it must sound like a snail's pace to others, but I'm encouraged.
In walking and biking news, I've already surpassed last week's walking and biking totals, so I need to work a little more on my running mileage between now and the end of the weekend, since I'll be doing a 5K race instead of a long run on Saturday. (Rain, rain in the forecast, go away!)
