Post-race Workout

1) Ran 2.57 miles (30:05 min) on the treadmill
2) Walked 0.62 mile (10:04 min) on the treadmill
3) Ran 1.73 miles (20 min) on the treadmill

It's still raining like crazy here, so I did a gym workout this morning. I probably would have done the treadmill anyway to work on my speed a bit. I'm sore today from yesterday's 5K race, which surprises and disappoints me a bit. Based on my time, it wasn't that impressive a performance, and the course has less hills than the Run for the Roses (where I ran a little faster). What gives?! Ah, well, I need to shake it off and set my sights on the Raleigh Rocks Half.
