I woke up this morning with a sore right thigh and hip joint, plus still a little tired from Saturday's long run. (Gotta get to bed earlier!) So, today's workout was a bit of a patchwork quilt.

4) Ran 1.5 miles (18:05 min)
5) Walked 0.63 mile (10:05 min)
6) Ran 0.42 mile (5:07 min)
Meanwhile, the weather forecast on this morning's newscast showed a 50% chance of rain for Saturday, the day of the Raleigh Rocks Half Marathon. Eh. I hope it's not another rainy race day!
