1) Rode 5.45 miles (30 min) on the recumbent bike
2) Walked 0.61 mile (10:02 min) on the treadmill
3) Ran 3.11 miles (35 min) on the treadmill
I've pretty much decided to run the Outer Banks race this year, and am trying to decide between the full marathon or the half. It's nice having a little extra motivation during my morning workout as I ponder that.
