1) Rode 5.22 miles (30:01 min) on the recumbent bike
2) Walked 0.90 mile (15:07 min) on the treadmill
3) Ran 2.26 miles (26:02 min) on the treadmill
I also got on the vertical left left again and did 4 sets of 5 reps each. I realized my ab muscles were sore, eventhough I did it two days ago! Ouch! I need to keep working on my abs--I can tell I REALLY need it!
