1) Walked 1.21 miles (20:05 min) on the treadmill
2) Ran 1.26 miles (15 min) on the treadmill
3) Rode 2 miles (10:10 min) on the recumbent bike
I'm just plain tired today from yesterday's long run. I wanted to work out longer, but my legs are just plain tired! That's understandable, but I'll be glad when the long runs don't take such a toll on my legs.
