I stretched my running this morning, doing 15 minutes on the treadmill for 1.22 miles. (I'm especially happy about that!) Then I put in 35 minutes on the elliptical. Felt pretty strong through all of it, but I'm still feeling a little sore from the road race and subsequent workouts. I'll get more of a rest soon, but I'm enjoying feeling stronger. I think part of it was getting that extra hour's sleep on Sunday. Amazing what sleep can do!
