This morning I did an hour on the elliptical, despite the fact that I was up past Midnight (thanks to a school assignment due at Midnight), so I got a little less than 5 hours of sleep. Yawn! I've been tired all day, and am looking forward to going to bed early tonight.
I'd hoped to get more running in this week before Saturday's race, but at least I've kept up the cardio workouts.
