Longer Workout

This morning I did 60 minutes on the elliptical, then 15 minutes on the recumbant bicycle. I felt like I got a really good workout this morning, though I'm not really sore now. I'm aware of my thigh muscles, but not sore.

This week I'll do some running to get acclimated a bit for next Saturday's 5K.
