Varied Workout
This morning I ran 20 minutes on the treadmill for 1.72 miles, then did 20 minutes on the recumbant bike (cross country program), followed by 25 minutes on the elliptical (weight loss program). Funny, I'm not as tired as usual! Part of it might be that I went by breakfast at the Rice House first, and I'm used to working out before breakfast. I feel great!
