This morning I spent the whole hour on the elliptical machine, my way of "taking it easy" today. I'm feeling a little tired from pushing myself recently with the recumbant bike and treadmill.
I'm still enjoying the iPod a lot, going between podcasts and music. In addition to adding some running podcasts, I've also added some genealogy podcasts, in addition to various NPR shows.
