Sunday Morning Workout

1) Rode 5.34 miles (30 min) on the recumbent bike
2) Ran 3.03 miles (35 min) on the treadmill

Ended up with 26.03 running miles for the week, which isn't bad. I'm looking forward to 30+miles/week being the norm. Bit by bit!
