Friday Walk/Run Workout

1) Walked 1.18 miles (20:01 min) on the treadmill
2) Ran 4.22 miles (50:00 min) on the treadmill

It felt good to push myself on the treadmill again. I was tempted to get off and ride the recumbent bike, but I decided I needed some more time on the run. I'm glad I did.
