1) Walked 1.55 miles (26 minutes) on the treadmill
2) Ran 3.04 miles (35:03 minutes) on the treadmill
3) Walked 0.25 mile (4:03 minutes) on the treadmill
The running continues to be a little faster this week, though I slowed down a bit from yesterday. I'm working on weekday training runs at below a 12 minute per mile average pace, with weekend long runs being slower.
