3) Ran 3.43 miles (40 min) on the treadmill
4) Rode 5.54 miles (30:01 min) on the recumbent bike
One of the best workouts I've had in a few days. Although I missed doing a long run, it was raining, and I'm recovering from a cold. This workout cleared my head, and my congestion is better, but the cough was exacerbated. Took some cough medicine at home. Now I'm feeling tired, but pretty good.
