1) Walked 0.27 mi. (5 min) on the treadmill
2) Ran 4.40 mi. (52:07 min) on the treadmill
3) Rode 1.26 mi. (7:01 min) on the recumbent bike
It was satisfying to get a solid, longer run in this morning. My legs weren't as tired after taking a couple of easy days in the gym. Now I need to get my mileage back up a little.
