Thursday Workout

1) Rode 3.54 miles (20:06 min) on the recumbent bike
2) Walked 0.58 mile (10 min) on the treadmill
3) Ran 3.35 miles (40:09 min) on the treadmill

My legs are a little tired from yesterday morning, and my body's a little tired from a busy last evening. I'm just glad I got over three miles of running in today; I'm still playing a bit of catchup.

I'm trying to get a "corporate" team together for the Run for the Oaks in mid-March. So far, two other library employees are interested, which, with me as the third, would make the minimum of a team! Yay! I hope it all works out!
