1) Ran 3.06 miles (36 min) on the treadmill
2) Walked 0.61 mile (10:01 min) on the treadmill
3) Rode 1.8 miles (1o:01 min) on the recumbent bike
I still feel snotty today, but slightly better. Feel like the cold it breaking up a little. I have about 6/10 of a mile to run so hit the 100 mile mark for the month of February! Unless I take a turn for the worse, I'll be able to get that in tomorrow morning without too much trouble.
