1) Rode 4.5 miles (25:10 min) on the recumbent bike
2) Ran 2.57 miles (30 min) on the treadmill
3) Walked 0.31 mile (5 min) on the treadmill
4) Ran 1.04 miles (12:03 min) on the treadmill
Working hard to pick up the pace a bit with my running, so I think the walk break in between is a nice respit for my legs.
