Friday Crosstraining

1) Walked 1.11 miles (20 min) on the treadmill
2) Rode 7.17 miles (40 min) on the recumbent bike

It felt good to get a full hour of cardio in this morning!! Looking forward to seeing the orthopaedist this afternoon. I'll post about it later today or tomorrow.

Early morning workouts are the best!! I've never tried a recumbent bike, are they hard to manage??

I agree, early morning workouts rock! The recumbent bike is easy to manuveur--the only adjustment I have to make is for the seat (up or back).
