Although my legs still felt tired from the weekend workouts, I decided to get on the treadmill and see how far I felt like going. I ended up doing 3.15 miles in 41 minutes, a 13 minute m/m pace! Glad to be running a little faster, even if it's on the treadmill. I need to remember to be careful, though, and not go so fast that I get injured again.
After the treadmill, I got on the recumbent bike and did a slower (than yesterday) 2.61 miles in 15 minutes.
