Bike Workout

After yesterday's long run and a pretty active evening at the Duke-James Madison U. football game, I woke up tired this morning. I procrastinated for a while, then headed to the gym for a 30-minute workout on the recumbent bike. I did 6.82 miles in 30 minutes, a 4:23 pace--faster than usual for me. I felt spent at 30 minutes, and was relieved to stop. Good workout, though.

On the virtual front, I'm enjoying using the website DailyMile for some tracking and the message boards. Let me know if you'd like an invitation.
