Crosstraining

This morning I did 30 minutes on the elliptical machine and 10 minutes on the recumbent bike. Switching around on the machines this week is helping to keep me going. I'm tired this morning after last evening's interview with a Korean documentary crew. I was on the elliptical at the gym already when I realized my v-neck t-shirt was on backward! Hehehe
