Yesterday morning I did 40 minutes on the elliptical, and I got to bed earrrrrly last night. This morning I got on the treadmill and ran for 30 minutes. It was a little hard to get going, but once I did, it felt great! After the run, I did 20 minutes on the recumbent bike.
The move to the new building for work went well, all in all, and has provided me with some extra physical activity, between unpacking, learning where everything is, and getting to the staff lounge upstairs. I like the new building a lot!
