A Little Crosstraining
This morning I did 30 minutes on the elliptical machine, and 10 minutes on the recumbent bike. I took it easy this morning, saving some energy for a long run tomorrow morning. I hope to go at least 10 miles, but would love to hit the 13-mile mark tomorrow morning and see what my training time is.
