Good Treadmill Run

It was back on the treadmill for me this morning. My basic plan was to run 30 minutes, but to hit the 5K mark if I had it in me. I remembered to set the incline to 1% at the beginning of the run, and hit the Start button. I ended up going for 45 minutes and 3.4 miles--yay! The pace was a little slower than it has been on the treadmill lately, but the steady incline, eventhough just a little, took its toll a bit, as the plantar fasciitis in my left foot flaired up a little. The foot feels better now.

I'm thinking about running a 5K on Saturday! Hmmmm....
