It's Thursday at the Gym

1) Rode 5.37 miles (30:01 min) on the recumbent bike
2) Walked 1.23 miles (21:05 min) on the treadmill
3) Ran 3 miles (35 min) on the treadmill

Running 3 miles again on a weekday run felt great this morning! That used to be my base norm before my hip thing happened, so it's exciting to be back up there! Progress! :)
