Low-Key Wednesday Workout
I got more sleep last night (yay!), but am realizing that it takes more than one night to catch up, especially when I want to push my body to its limits. I did take it pretty easy today in the gym, riding 5.25 miles (31:01 min) on the recumbent bike. I wanted to do more, BUT I know I need easy exercise days to recover from harder days.
