Short Sunday Workout

1) Rode 7 miles (36:01 min) on the recumbent bike
2) Ran 0.51 mile (6:05 min) on the treadmill

Have a full day today, so I decided to cut things short this morning. Perhaps I'll get back to the gym later today. If not, I won't worry about it. Lots of good things on tap today!
