Getting Back to Normal
I'm still sore this morning, but a little less so from the weekend's running. I was able to clock 4.25 miles on the treadmill in 45:19 minutes, a 10:39 average pace. Not as fast as I'm used to running on the treadmill, but still faster than my race pace so far (no hills or wind resistance today, thank goodness!).
