I decided not to run today, but to crosstrain and stretch my IT bands instead. I hope this helps my race prep! Yikes!
1) Rode 5.41 miles (31 min) on the recumbent bike
2) Stretched for about 10 minutes, including yoga poses
3) Walked 0.60 mile (11 min) on the treadmill
The IT bands are feeling a bit better now. :) Maybe I'll get back to the gym this evening.
