On the Elliptical
This morning I did well to get in 30 minutes on the elliptical. I'm still feeling tired, possibly from the 13-ish mile run on Saturday, followed by 8 miles on the recumbent bike yesterday. I wonder if the tiredness could be from something else, but the weekend workouts are probably the culprit.
