Eventhough I got to bed early last night, I'm still feeling tired this morning. Not sleepy, but tired. I thought about taking a break from exercise this morning, but decided to do some time on the recumbent bike and take it easy--did 5.05 miles in 40 minutes, nice and slow. The bike provided some respite for my left foot as well, which is being bothered again by plantar fasciitis.
Since rest alone isn't getting me back to square 1, it's time to concentrate more on some low-sodium nutritional things to help me out. Suggestions, anyone?
